  • Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, in front of 17 Cope Close, see photos, and assessed the issue you have identified. Unfortunately, due to budgetary constraints, and also the fact that the damage you report is on the verge/service strip, thus therefore, does not meet our current immediate intervention criteria, I cannot arrange a prompt repair. It will be placed on the list of Minor Civils jobs to be implemented at a future date, subject to there being no conflicting works and sufficient funds.
