Potholes on Hayward Bridge

This seems to be a continuous problem, repairs have been made dozens of times but still the potholes reappear. As can be seen from the photographs there are two main potholes but the approach to the bridge and the left hand side are also showing signs of breaking up too. Please can we have a permanent solution for this and not to just patch it up , as clearly that has not worked.

  • There are now two very deep potholes on the bridge which are likely to damage tyres and wheels

  • The potholes are getting wider and deeper. Every vehicle is landing in them. Extremely dangerous for motorcyclists in the dark as there are two holes

  • The road on the opposite side to the potholes is now breaking up.
