Temporary Pedestrian crossing nor operating

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The temporary pedestrian crossing on the B480 near Harrow Road for crossing to Lidls has the buttons to ask to cross but the lights on either side of the road showing when it is safe to cross are not working
