Temporary pedestrian crossing not operating

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Temporary pedestrian crossing on the B480 near Harrow Road and crossing to Lidl can be called up but the lights indicating when it is safe to cross are not working on either side o the road
