15cm deep pothole north nearside carriage way

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 17:05, Fri 25 November 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a very dangerous deep pothole on the nearside northbound carriageway, close to the next carriageway, just before the junction. It is about 40cm long,15cm wide and about10-15cm deep. Vehicles suddenly swerve to avoid it, endangering traffic on both northbound carriageways. A motorbike hitting it would throw its rider, a car with narrow wheels (15cm) would have a wheel come off. Fortunately, my car has wide wheels (20cm) so the wheel just got thumped. I shall check the tyre in the morning light.
