Road flooded

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The road at the junction of old road and keydale road was severely flooded and impossible to walk through. This appears to be off the back of the Thames water burst higher up old road which all the silt came down the hill and was never cleaned up, it has clearly gone down the road side gullies and completely blocked them.
