Drain on Station Road overflowing after heavy rain

After heavy rain this drain has a large amount of water flowing out of it not into it. The water runs down Station Road and goes into a drain by the Fishponds car park entrance. People driving northbound have to contend with water half way over the road; pedestrians southbound get splashed at the Fishponds and are unable to continue to walk along the pavement due to water volumes.
