Flooding my driveway

The drains in the bus stop and to the west of my drive are higher than my drive entrance which causes flooding of my drive and garden when there is heavy rain. There is also subsidence of the driveway between the road and my property which needs to be repaired. I have reported this problem in the past but nothing has been done.
