Corroded tarmac - damaged road

There is significant damage to the car park area at Little Bourton play park.

Due to rain water running down the hill it has washed away the chippings/tarmac creating a trench which is damaging the spoilers/the underneath of cars trying to park.

Please could it be repaired? I've added a few photos for reference.
