  • Council ref: 3988158 There is no Bollard on the raised pavement where the bollard should be. . There is therefore no warning or light to prevent cars going over the raised support where the bollard should be! With no warning light or any indication there is raised concrete I went over that and had to get a replacement tyre. On the same night a friend did exactly the same thing!!!! I ended up having to pay nearly £20000 for the repair
