Drainage insufficient, pot holes, eroding road

This has been ongoing now since 2019 with no effects from you to rectify. West Oxfordshire council pass the buck to yourselves.
Do you think this is acceptable to step out in wellies every time we have some rain?? Would you accept this outside your house??
The road has eroded away and needs building back up, the drain is not big enough for the water to get away and needs a larger drain installing in the road. The rain from the top end of the village runs all the way down to this low point , the leaves also do not help blocking it . But it’s the drain itself and the road around it that needs sorting ASAP.
The local parish council are not intrested one bit, it has been taken to the meetings but as it’s not outside a councillors house they do not care.
I will not be paying my council tax to west Oxfordshire until this matter is sorted .

I can clearlly see you have been on your walk round today in the village painting the pot holes for repair but you failed to mark this area of the road which is in desperate need of repair to stop this flooding. Also the drain is blocked up of leaves and debre yet again should we have rain everyone will require wellington boots to pass the lane.
