Drains blocked High Street. Roundabout to Frilsham street

Road drains are blocked along High Street from the roundabout to Frilsham Street causing pedestrians to get splashed as cars are unable to avoid the resulting puddles. Road gutters require cleaning as are full of mud from recent Thames water repair in the same area.
