Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

1. The lamp outside No95 Southern Rd is usually obscured by the tree of that house such that little light illuminates the road 2. The lamp is in the wrong place to illuminate the Rooks Lane/Southern Rd junction (the Red Kite Children's Centre side of the road is totally dark. There is a telegraph pole outside the Centre, I suggest an extra lamp be placed there (power easily taken from the No Entry road sign 20' away)
