Street Light Not Working
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
Could you please send someone to fix the street lamp outside our side? It is completely dark at night and it doesn't light up. It's been a few days since that is the case, so not sure what exactly is the issue.
Other street lights on the street are working as normal it seems.
Another thing to point here and worth looking into is that this is the only lamp in the whole of neighbourhood it seems with the old school bulb (yellow light). All other street lights are modern LED types. It might be worth changing this to that too if it is something you look after.

Thank you for your enquiry. This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation.

The light is still not fixed and it has been over 2 months now. It's really dark outside at night and early morning and not safe in my opinion.
Also as described in the original incident, this is the only light with the old style incandescent bulbs when every other light on the street is the new LED type!
Can someone please respond back and confirm when no one has taken any action yet? Or confirm what actions have been taken so far?
