Replacement Light ineffective

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The lamp has been replaced. It is nowhere near as much light as the old one. It is now lower which does not help. It is not as high as other posts in nearby streets It is like a spotlight illuminating a spot only 8ft diameter with a larger gloom to about 15feet each side and nothing in front Much of the Close is in darkness. Please help.
