Poor road surface

Extremely disappointed with the fact that this road was completely ruined when it did not have issues. Work is shoddy! Coming off Portway into to Wheatfields I am guessing a car was in the way as there is an area that has missed the new layer of mess! Drains covered in black tarmac which has gone into the drain outside my house. The road surface in total is abysmal. This needs proper contractors to come back and sort this. I have more photos but cannot add them.
