Traffic slowing needed before Weeping Cross turn

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Many drivers are speeding and using the right-hand turning lane (for weeping cross) to overtake other vehicles. Could do with some way of slowing the traffic here to prevent accidents. Dangerous both for turning vehicles and also frightening for people waiting at the bus stop.
