Badly patched and uneven footway and puddle

Badly patched uneven footway and large puddle. I tripped and hurt myself on this uneven footway on the west side of West St near the dropped kerb on 9 November 2022. An older person might really injure themselves. There is always a puddle here in the carriageway too so pedestrians get splashed by passing vehicles.
