DANGEROUS 3-way junction but only 2 have traffic lights - Boulter Drive has lost its temporary traffic light
Reported via desktop in the Road Markings category anonymously at 14:12, Fri 11 November 2022
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Today Boulter Drive lost it's temporary traffic lights controlling flow of traffic onto Dunmore Road. The only way of getting out is to move into the flow of traffic going east or west as their lights change from green to red, this is onto a single carriage way so traffic can start to come the other way. Traffic is at times building up on Boulter Drive. It is dangerous now as Dunmore Drive drivers don't expect drivers from Boulter Drive to pull out - as the notice refers to control overing all 3 directions. Also, in the long run please could permanent traffic lights be put here. It has helped residents and others to get out more easily over the last few months. There is also the school, GP surgery and community centre - so many use this junction. Thanks :-)
