Road is in dangerous condition floods when rain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have reported this many times over the past 20 years by phone and email.Top surface of road has gone,area floods when it rains,surface is unstable and dangerous to walk on.I have had to clear rain water floods for the past 25 years.I am 82 now and cannot continue to do it.After the last fall I had on it I informed you and was told that other priorities would be dealt with first.I have never had a decent response from you,and don't really expect one now.My wife is frail and will not walk over the road for fear of falling.Please let me know what you intend to do as soon as possible.
