Tree reported several times, needs felling

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It is too high, it is compromising the telephone wires. It is leaning precariously towards my front garden & driveway, it blocks my solar panels. If it falls it will land on my cars and maybe even damage my home. I’ve been told it would be done twice! It has not. I will be suing if it damages my cars or home, one car which is new! My neighbours have also reported it several times The rain has made it more unstable! When is it going to be done?

  • I have raised this issue with the contractor and I have been assured that the works I have specified will be undertaken within the next 14 days.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited the location and assessed the tree. On this occasion no further works are appropriate for the tree, however I will continue to monitor the tree for changes to structural condition. Should you notice a significant decline in the tree’s overall health, please submit another enquiry on Fix My Street.
