Flooding at Milton Lane Steventon

Reported via mobile anonymously at 10:13, Wed 9 November 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 35 minutes later

My mother in low lives in her bungalow on Kennel Lane in steventon for about 72 years and it has been always problems with the flooding.

When it rains for a while, at the end of Milton Lane to Kennel Lane by the foot path is always deep flooding. One day I tried to walk to the shop and the bus stop with my baby and my buggy but it was not possible to walk through. I was wearing my wellies that the water almost came in to my wellies and the buggy was stuck in the water.

Also if my mother in low will be on the wheelchair tried to catch a bus get to her doctor’s surgery, it would be impossible to get through the flood on Milton Lane.

Now please could you make some actions to stop the constant flooding.
