Fix My Street Lighting reports not secure as publicly accessible-Insurance Issues

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Certain FMS public reporting eg of lighting issues are not possible on what is essentially a public forum. We are attempting to report a defunct street light with Vulnerable Persons Home and Isolated Resdiential Areas in the vicinity and do not wish to advertise this to all and sundry,its pitch black at night! The forum is not private and any Tom Dick or Harry can read where the darkness is and could be up to no good. This could also affect Insurance with its maintenance clauses. Please contact me privately by e mail so I can submit my street lighting issue in confidencemhaving been unable to get through on the normal phone channels?
