Dangerous function for pedestrians and cyclists

Reported via mobile in the Suggested improvements category anonymously at 22:37, Tue 8 November 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Today a child was knocked off his bike be a car at this junction. Many children with parents cross this junction every day going to of from Europa school. The school also has many drop offs in the morning and pickups after school and at the end of after-school club at around 5pm. At this time during GMT it is dark and very difficult to see children when pulling out of Thame Lane. Immediately there should be street lighting. And then a proper crossing. I think footpaths should placed along Thame Lane. There is currently an obstruction to doing this with a very large hedge covering the highway verge close to the junction.
