Unsafe level of lighting if walking/cycling into North Quay or West Quay from Wilsham Road

Reported via desktop in the Other Lighting Issue category anonymously at 22:53, Sat 5 November 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The level of street lighting to get into the Marina residential area from Wilsham Road is unsafe when it's dark:

1. The alleyway going into North Quay has no lighting! This is a hazard and unsafe for residents using it to access the neighbourhood, if travelling on foot or by bike from town. As well as lighting needing to be installed in the alleyway, the volume of foliage has resulted in dangerously low levels of light. It needs to be trimmed back.

2. The longer footpath/walkway that leads into West Quay is also poorly lit and is hazardous and unsafe. In the street and in the cycle path, the volume of foliage has resulted in dangerously low levels of light. It needs to be trimmed back.

I am not supplying photos, because in order to feel safe in these areas, I have not wanted to stop and take photos whilst in the dark.
