Light pollution too bright

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Please can you dim the two street lights on the pelican crossing on put lampshades on them so the lights aim at the floor and not my bedroom window. These lights were forced upon us without consent for a crossing that is only used for the school in daylight. It is effecting my quality of life.
