Trees overhanging highway and obscuring traffic sign

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Reported before several weeks ago - either any letter has been ignored by occupier or no follow-up has happened. The trees overhang the footway (and carriageway to higher vehicles) and a speed change sign on the junction - both are an obstruction and highway safety risk. The footway is also uneven so if you duck to avoid the foliage there is a real risk you may well stumble.......
