Road side drain and underground pipes blocked causing road to flood as far as number 23. Resulting water is a hazard to pedestrians. There are a number of other blocked drains in Lower Rd and Lower Icknield Way. This has been reported a number of times before. Please act.

  • This report has been closed. However the drain is on the system to be jetted shortly. Others at this location did not appear to be blocked on inspection. We will continue to monitor on our routine inspections. Regards

  • This is still flooding & has been for years , has never been done despite repeated complaints to the council, & in the recent cold weather in December 2022 it has become a danger to both pedestrians & cars when it has frozen .
