This is an update on report report/3353643. I am re reporting it as it did not seem to allow me to update it. Photos of 2 examples of parking, it is a regular occurrence by numerous different vehicles. Where the drivers park needs a (wedge shaped?) build out with a bollard/planter on the top to stop people parking on top of the buildout. I don't think the build out can be a full 1 car wide, as there is a man hole cover or similar there as well. As it is, when blocked, cycle users end up having to commit a traffic offence by goung throught the No Entry signs to get round the parked vehicle.
