Culvert restraint Broken / missing

On Wednesday the 19th I noticed the culvert Restraint / Balustrade has been broken. The edge is now dangerous. Residents are concerned that in the dark someone could fall over the edge and into the ditch as there is now no restraint. this is often used by the elderly, people in mobility vehicles, and school children
