Street lamp not working. Pavement in awful state, so lights needed

The street is still not working and It is so dark my husband tripped last night. Also the speed limit is not working either. It is dangerous especially with the darker evenings.

This double light is at a crossroad - South Stoke Road, Goring Road, Reading Road and Oxford Road - and is still not repaired. It is very dark in a potentially dangerous place
