Impact Damage

Reported via desktop anonymously at 13:52, Mon 24 October 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Artic Lorries are using mill street (not legally allowed) and as they attempt to turn into Acre End Road they are hitting the Jolly Sportsman public house. This has been happening for a number of years despite our attempts to stop it and causes significant damage and the weakening of the building every time. Our publican has reported this to the Council a number of times. We request that something is done to stop it from happening. maybe some protective bollards or further signage and penalties for lorries over 7.5t that still use Mill Street as a cut through. The latest incident was 18th October.
