School flashing lights - not at right times

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The flashing lights (at both sides of the school location) indicating school time are completely flashing at the wrong time, as late as 9pm! There are signs saying “20mph zone when lights are flashing” so these are also affected, in turn the school kids’ safety. Please could you come and time them correctly, beating in mind the clocks change at end of October too!? Thanks…
