Overhang on footpath and reduction of footpath width

This overhang on the footpath which is the area between the bridleway entrance and the root one garden centre entrance is far too narrow and forcing walkers too close to the road. The width of the path has been reduced due to debris and needs clearing back, it also needs cutting from the left when facing Wallingford direction as its overhanging the path.
