Barrels blocking road and parking

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

There is hardly any space to park on St Helen's Wharf as it is without the parking spaces being blocked by barrels from the pub. They are taking up valuable free parking spaces which are limited in Abingdon. The barrels seem to be there all of the time. The barrels are currently blocking an elderly mans car in from both the front and behind
