Lamp number 8 obstructed by tree growth.

The new lamp heads are noted with thanks. This lamp, number 8 provides the illumination of the turning area at the end of this cul de sac. The light levels are are being increasingly reduced by the growth of the adjacent tree, worse of course when in leaf but the effect is a problem all the time and by the very nature of the thing the situation will not improve.
