10 Longdon Crescent -Pavement Level Incorrect

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have previously raised this issue last year, however I need to raise again.

The pavement & my driveway has been layed at the wrong level and Bovis are not interested in correcting.

I wish to make the council aware of this and request they reject the current arrangement before adopting the footpath. If not I will requesting this is rectified once you adopt it.

  • Dear Mr Drew,

    One of our Site Inspectors did knock on your door yesterday, but there was no answer.

    He has advised that the service strip and dropped kerb have been laid in tolerance. He also advised the driveway is falling away after the edging, but as this won't be adopted you will need to raise this with the Developer.

    He believes that once the road is topped in a few days the issue will be much less severe.
