Parking/speeding outside the school

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

We as the PC are constantly being asked what we are going to do about the parking outside the school at drop-off and pick up times. Recently a child was hit by a reversing vehicle. We have informed the police and they have been out to move vehicles on, but the same thing happens again the following day! The highways team have put hashed out areas on the corner of the High Street, to stop cars parking on the corner to no avail!!

  • What a complete waste of time that was ,the very next day things were back to the chaotic mess it usually is. Why wasn't there a follow-up by the police?
