Lack of lighting along burford road, Shipton road-overgrown trees and hedging

When walking along the main roads in Fulbrook, burford road and Shipton road it is very dark and dangerous in spots. The lighting isn’t consistent or the lights are broken. There are overgrown trees and shrubs on main cables so not sure if they are broken or never installed but it isn’t safe to walk in the dark. Also the overgrowth from people gardens could damage peoples eyes/faces as it’s so dark you can’t see them.
