Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Posts have been installed across the existing established riverside footpath, effectively moving sections of the path nearer to the river bank, making the path narrow in places. Angling club pegs exist along this stretch of the Thames. The presence of an angler plus equipment could effectively close the path once a fence is in place.
