Serious dangerous cracks in road

Despite being extensively rebuilt relatively recently, the road has sunk and there are a series of deep, wide longitudinal cracks. This is a popular route for leisure cycling and many of these cracks are now wide enough to trap a bicycle tyre with potentially disastrous results. This is VERY dangerous and needs fixing urgently.
