This broken sign post has been here for years

Reported via desktop in the Road Markings category anonymously at 15:34, Wed 5 October 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Why are you allowing broken sign posts and other read items and metalwork to be left for such a long time in this shopping area. there are constant pedestrians who have to go very carefully around these monstrosities. they serve no purpose and the metal pole should be easy enough to repair or replace.

Council ref: ENQ22935011

  • Why hasnt anyone attended to this broken post? the barriers around it are making it difficult for pedestrians to walk safely within the shopping centre. ti shouldnt take workmen more than 1 hour to replace it with a new one.

  • Could you please find out why this eyesore and obstruction to pedestrians has not been attended to. this broken pole has been like this for well over 12 months. it causes disable people a real hindrance causing them to go into the road. i saw a man with a white stick trying to work out what this is and also the other obstruction outside the double doors a few feet towards the southern end of Station Road. surely OCC has a supply somewhere of these metal road signs?
