This tree is collapsing from the middle. The branches are getting very close to the ground This pavement is part of the route parents use to walk children to Edward Feild school

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. A land registry search has confirmed that the trees are on land that is maintainable by Kidlington Parish Council and not by the County Council. We advise to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
