Dangerous cover elderly living near by has to walk on the road

This cover has been getting worse for many years and I understand has been reported to BT several times. It is very unsafe for elderly ,lady who could easily trip over it. She now walks in the road as that is saver. Please can you get this sorted. I would like to add the the paths are very uneven at the site.

  • This cover is still dangerous, BT came because they needed to get into the cavity for wires and agreed is was a mess but that was weeks ago.

    This problem has been reported time and again but still nothing done. Neighbours tell me they also have complained. Please get this repaired
