Council ref: ENQ22934084 Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your email; while I appreciate your comments re 12months etc. it certainly will not get any better, during this period, only less noticeable.
The issue is that tax payers money is being spent on a sub-standard product!
I note that the status has been updated to “No further action “. I hope this doesn’t mean that nothing will be done? I would request a further update following your initial quality inspection, which is to be carried out “Shortly”….

Thank you for your enquiry. This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation.

Thank you for your report. Apologies for the delay, the 'no further action' closing statement is more for our side than yours. We will be making an inspection of this area in the next few weeks as part of a yearly statutory route and will look out for anything deemed hazardous while on site. As stated before the contractors are also due to do a site inspection (not sure when I'm afraid) to assess any issues. Hope this helps. Kind regards
