Private householder dug up public pavement and didn't repair properly

Outside 53 Quarry Rd - householder had they’re driveway ‘done’ with gravel, and also dug up c. 1 foot wide and 10 foot long area of public pavement outside drive and didn’t repair it properly. At the time (mid 2020) they put up a note blaming the lack of making good on covid related material shortages. That was over two years ago and it still has not been made good. Please enforce the rules about the public footway and ask them to repair ASAP
