Permanent bollard on the traffic calming island still Missing

Reported via desktop in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 10:46, Sat 1 October 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There has been a temporary sign in place of the specifically designed bollard on the east bound approach to the traffic calming islands for over a year. This seems an excessive length of time especially as the tempoary sign is a lot wider than the permanent sign thus further restricting forward vision especially when approaching from the east.
