Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 22:41, Fri 30 September 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I clipped the kirb of the bollard island and hit the second part as there were no bollards on there too and no warning it was there.. have ripped my tyre ruined the allows not sure what other damage but not steering right..luckily I wasninly going 10mph as I was in a 20 zone but going to turn left just up a bit.. very skaken and can't drive my car.. another lady came and photographed the bollardless island as she literally just did the same thing and had moved her car (both tyres too on her car!! So ridiculously dangerous..I'm furious/gutted my daughters wedding tomorrow in Bath!!
