Drains blocked and overgrown on B430 - potential drainage hazard

A few new drains are already blocked on B430 - outside Oak View - potential to cause flooding on B430 where people start to speed up as they leave the village. Accident with car overturning at this spot a few years ago so concern if standing water on road. Drain at top of North Lane also causes flooding so not a good double combination. Many thanks for taking a look (PC)
