  • Hi, I made a call and was advised to report this problem via fix my road. We live in Fair close Bicester and these people live in Somerville drive. Number 35 & 37 put dustbins in the road to stop us parking there? We have elderly parents and grandchildren but they are sure these parking spaces belong to them? When we have moved the bins so we can park by our back gate they knock on our door to ask us to move. It’s become bit of a problem because of the dustbins. I was only wondering if a friendly note could be put on the dustbins to say they shouldn’t be doing this? We all have all allocated parking spaces. All of Somerville drive where there back gates are on fair close park there, so people that live in fair close can’t even unload shopping elderly parents etc. my daughter has just arrived with my grandson, moved one of the bins to park, the person that put the bin there was knocking on her window! Surely this is not ok? Hopefully we could get a visit from Oxford highways to take a look. Kind regards.
